Dos Palos: Pair Arrested with missing Dos Palos children
Four children who were reported missing from Dos Palos last week have been recovered in Louisiana, where authorities have arrested a man and a woman who were with them, Dos Palos police said Sunday.
U.S. marshals arrested Joseph Moreno, who is the subject of a sexual assault investigation, and Penny Rascon “after an intense man hunt,” police said in a statement.
